Lead to payment. In one place.

One system for the whole sales floor: the enquiry that came off an ad this morning, the WhatsApp thread your counsellor is in, the follow-up due at four, the quotation they accepted, the invoice against it, and the ₹4,000 still outstanding on it. Every record knows where it came from.

The Arkboss CRM dashboard: new enquiries, follow-ups due and payments outstanding

You ask what happened to Tuesday's enquiries. The answer is in a WhatsApp thread, a notebook and somebody's memory, and the three of them disagree.

Six steps from a spreadsheet to your first payment

The business profile: trading name, GSTIN and the state you trade from01
Business

Register the business

Your trading name, your GSTIN and the state you trade from. That state code is what decides IGST against CGST and SGST on every invoice you will ever issue, so it is asked once and asked properly.

Import: choose a file, match the columns, check it before it writes02
Leads

Import the enquiries you already have

Your leads are in a spreadsheet, so bring the spreadsheet. Import reads it, does a full dry run, and hands back exactly which rows are wrong before anything is written. A bad column costs a minute, not a rollback.

The pipeline board, with stages you named yourself03
Pipeline

Set the stages you sell in

A coaching centre does not sell the way a travel agency does, so the board is not fixed. Start from your industry's template, rename what does not fit, drop what you never use. Every lead sits in exactly one stage and moving it is a drag.

The WhatsApp inbox, each thread on its own lead04
Conversation

Connect WhatsApp and your ads

An enquiry off a lead ad arrives already assigned, with the form answers on it and the ad it came from recorded. The WhatsApp thread hangs off the same lead, so the person picking it up at four reads what was said at eleven.

Follow-ups due today, overdue ones first05
Follow-up

Never lose a callback

Most enquiries are not lost to a competitor, they are lost to nobody ringing back. Every lead carries its next action and its date, and an overdue one is impossible to miss — it is the first thing on the screen, not a number in a report.

A tax invoice with the CGST and SGST split06
Invoice

Quote it, bill it, collect it

The quotation they accepted becomes the invoice, at the prices they accepted — a proper GST tax invoice on your own letterhead, not typed again from scratch. Record the payment against it and the outstanding figure is the outstanding figure.

Features

Not just a list of names, it does the chasing

Feature 1

Every lead has one thread

The WhatsApp conversation, the notes, the follow-ups, the quotation and the payment all hang off the one record — so nobody works a lead by opening five modules and guessing at the sixth.

A lead profile: the call log, the notes and what happens next, on one record
Feature 2

Follow-ups cannot be missed

Every lead carries its next action and its date, and an overdue one is the loudest thing on the screen. Enquiries are rarely lost to a competitor; they are lost to nobody ringing back.

Today, overdue and upcoming follow-ups on one screen
Feature 3

A lead knows which ad it came from

Enquiries arrive from lead ads with the campaign recorded and the salesperson already assigned. At the end of the month the report says which source paid for itself, from the data rather than from memory.

Where enquiries come from: each channel, and how many became customers
Feature 4

Quote it once, bill exactly that

The accepted quotation becomes the invoice at the prices that were accepted, with GST split by the buyer's state code and numbering gapless per financial year. Record the payment and the outstanding figure is the outstanding figure.

Feature 5

Knows who changed it

Every action that changes anything is written to a log the business can read — including the ones we take on your data during support.

WhatsApp

Your customers are already on WhatsApp

Not a notification bolt-on. The inbox, the templates and the send are part of the CRM, so the conversation and the record are the same thing.

  • One number, your whole team

Everyone works the same queue with their own login. Conversations get assigned, internal notes never reach the customer, and read state is shared — so two salespeople are not looking at different unread counts for the same inbox.

  • Keep the number they already message

Bring your existing WhatsApp Business number across rather than printing a new one on everything. The account stays yours, on your own Meta billing.

  • Templates, already approved

Your approved templates sync from Meta Business Manager every few hours, and only the approved ones can be picked — so a message never fails at the moment somebody needs it to send.

  • Send to many at once

Pick a template, pick who it goes to, and send it to the whole list rather than opening the same thread forty times. Every send lands on its own lead's timeline.

  • Every thread sits on its lead

An incoming message is matched on the number and attached to the lead it belongs to. Whoever picks it up next reads what was already said, and nothing leaves with the salesperson who leaves.

  • The 24-hour window, handled

WhatsApp only allows a free-form reply within 24 hours of the customer's last message. The composer shows the countdown and switches to templates when it closes, rather than letting a reply quietly fail.

You connect your own WhatsApp Business account. Meta bills you directly at their rates — we never meter, mark up or resell a message.

Integrations

The enquiries arrive on their own

Three of the four are how leads get in without anyone typing them. You connect your own accounts, so nothing is resold to you at a markup.

  • WhatsApp Business

The official WhatsApp Business Platform, on your own account.

    • Your number, your Meta billing

    • One shared inbox for the team

    • Approved templates, synced

  • Meta Lead Ads

Enquiries from Facebook and Instagram forms, in the CRM within seconds of submission.

    • Deduplicated against what you already have

    • Assigned by round robin, load or rule

    • The campaign, ad set and ad recorded

  • Google Sheets

The spreadsheet your leads already land in, read into the CRM and kept reading.

    • One-time import, or an ongoing sync

    • New rows picked up within fifteen minutes

    • Mapped by column heading, not position

  • Payment gateway

Send a payment link with the invoice and have the receipt record itself.

    • Razorpay first, for UPI, cards and netbanking

    • Your own gateway account and rates

    • We never hold or touch the money

A public API and outgoing webhooks are on the way. Everything else you connect stays in your name — we are the software on top, never the middleman.

Frequently asked questions

Talk to us

We give you the figure on the call. What we can tell you here is the shape of it: one price for the whole business, no tiers, and nothing held back behind a more expensive version. The reason it is not printed on this page is that what makes sense depends on how you are set up, and we would rather quote you properly than have you work it out from a table.

No. Your staff keep talking to customers on WhatsApp; the difference is that the thread is attached to the lead instead of living on one person's phone. Whoever picks the lead up next reads what was already said, and nobody loses a conversation when a salesperson leaves.

No. The price is per business, and everyone who works there can have a login with their own role. Adding your fifth salesperson costs nothing.

There is no cheaper plan, because there are no plans. Every business gets the whole product — all fourteen modules, every report, unlimited users. The only thing we will ask you on the call is how often you would like to pay.

It is built around it. The buyer's state code decides CGST and SGST or IGST on every line, HSN and SAC codes and rates are carried per tax class, a composition dealer issues a Bill of Supply rather than a tax invoice, and numbering is gapless per financial year. Changing a rate creates a new tax class, so an issued invoice keeps the rate it was issued under.

Every list and every report exports as CSV or Excel, honouring whatever you have filtered to. Your accountant needs a file, so a file is what they get.

Send the spreadsheet. Import does a full dry run and shows you which rows are wrong before it writes anything. Duplicates are matched on the phone number and flagged for you rather than merged behind your back.

Every screen does. The ones used away from a desk — the inbox, today's follow-ups, and moving a lead along the pipeline — are built for one hand and large targets.

Each business is isolated in the database itself, by a policy the application cannot switch off, rather than by a filter somebody could forget to write. When we act on your data during support it is written into your own audit log, where you can read it.
