What does it cost?

We give you the figure on the call. What we can tell you here is the shape of it: one price for the whole business, no tiers, and nothing held back behind a more expensive version. The reason it is not printed on this page is that what makes sense depends on how you are set up, and we would rather quote you properly than have you work it out from a table.

Does it replace WhatsApp for my team?

No. Your staff keep talking to customers on WhatsApp; the difference is that the thread is attached to the lead instead of living on one person's phone. Whoever picks the lead up next reads what was already said, and nobody loses a conversation when a salesperson leaves.

Do you charge per user?

Accepted Answer

No. The price is per business, and everyone who works there can have a login with their own role. Adding your fifth salesperson costs nothing.

Is anything held back on a cheaper plan?

Accepted Answer

There is no cheaper plan, because there are no plans. Every business gets the whole product — all fourteen modules, every report, unlimited users. The only thing we will ask you on the call is how often you would like to pay.

Will it handle GST properly?

Accepted Answer

It is built around it. The buyer's state code decides CGST and SGST or IGST on every line, HSN and SAC codes and rates are carried per tax class, a composition dealer issues a Bill of Supply rather than a tax invoice, and numbering is gapless per financial year. Changing a rate creates a new tax class, so an issued invoice keeps the rate it was issued under.

Can I get my data out?

Every list and every report exports as CSV or Excel, honouring whatever you have filtered to. Your accountant needs a file, so a file is what they get.

What about the leads I already have?

Send the spreadsheet. Import does a full dry run and shows you which rows are wrong before it writes anything. Duplicates are matched on the phone number and flagged for you rather than merged behind your back.

Does it work on a phone?

Every screen does. The ones used away from a desk — the inbox, today's follow-ups, and moving a lead along the pipeline — are built for one hand and large targets.

Who can see my business's data?

Accepted Answer

Each business is isolated in the database itself, by a policy the application cannot switch off, rather than by a filter somebody could forget to write. When we act on your data during support it is written into your own audit log, where you can read it.
